Blocked drains, speedy & excellent service!

I requested a quote on Check A Trade to unblock external drains. EVO were the quickest to respond, taking extra measures to visit my property as soon as possible. Stevie attended my property the next day and was professional, experienced & informative. The issue is now resolved and the solution was reasonably priced, I would highly recommend!

To drain down boiler and remove plate heat exchanger. Fit new plate and refill and test.

Excellent service, quick to respond to initial request for quote. Aaron was able to visit in the evening and diagnose the problem whilst getting our heating working in the meantime. New boiler part fitted soon after to have us up and running again.

Jamie from EVO completed my drain survey as part of my house purchase. He arrived on time and kept me updated throughout the process explaining what he was doing and what to expect. He even cleared a poorly draining soak away for me that the owners hadn’t kept maintained. He was very thorough and left everything clean and tidy. I haven’t got the final report yet so can’t comment on that but he explained the findings to me. I’d recommend EVO.

Harvey was friendly, easy to get hold of, and communicated well. He gave us a call directly after the survey was complete to tell us how the survey went, and the written report and recordings followed a couple of days later. The report was clear and easy to understand. All in all a great service.
