Jamie was thoroughly professional and obviously knew his business. He was happy to turn to all the extra pieces that I introduced. The task was to find all the blockages in about 120m of drain pipes from our kitchen to the sewage treatment plant. The pipe was joined by four toilet outlets and three bathrooms on the way. Jamie found several simple blockages that required only pressure jets to clean them. He also found a tree root ingress that required cutting out (done swiftly) and is to be lined for the longer term on another visit. I can now relax about the state of my drains. Thank you
