Clearing a blocked drain - so bad that no water could flow through it.

I rent a property in Surbiton and tenants reported to me that whenever they emptied the sink, none of the water actually went down the drain as it was so clogged and just overflowed into the front garden. Arrived promptly. Quickly identified location of blockage and what to do about it. A quick pressure jet cleared it and the system was flowing again within minutes. I asked if we could move the camera further up the line to make sure that a known dodgy corner had not silted up and this was done. Helpful. Good people to work with. Took care of my property.
